Mandy, recently returned to work full time, leaving her juggling a career in HR, a husband, two kids and a dog. A transplant to BC after spending 6 years in various developing countries, she has a passion for our environment that is not only local, but global. Although long stretches of her day find her attached to a keyboard, she also enjoys exploring sand, surf, and mountain (and let's face it, rain) on BC's west coast.

Caroline retired to stay-at-home-mom-life after the birth of her second child.  Her retirement morphed into writer-at-home-life; where she writes, researches and avoids laundry as much as possible.  She tries (really very hard) to incorporate sustainable living into the everyday routines of her young family.

If she's not writing or reading Sam's shooing monsters from under the bed and up to her eyeballs with potty training all the while trying to convince her toddler that the baby is not his teddy bear.
