We've been eating one meatless meal per week through the month of January, and now it's time for the ultimate meatless meal challenge!
Bloghers ACT Canada is teaming up with two blog forces to be reckoned with, the League of Maternal Justice and Green Mom Finds, to bring you (drumroll please...)
To quote the LMJ,
"The NoMeatPoWeek challenge means from January 28th to February 1st make your best effort to keep vegetarian in your kitchen, and keep a record. Write a post, or append an update to your regular posts, every day (or as many days as you can), and then post a wrap-up sometime between February 1st and February 3rd, midnight, explaining how it went, what worked, what didn't work, any recipes that were life-savers, what-have-you."
